The development is conveniently located near major California destinations such as the Bay Area, Yosemite, Napa Valley, Carmel, Lake Tahoe, and Pebble Beach. A key highlight of the project is The Golf Club at Copper Valley—an 18-hole, public-access championship course that is recognized as one of the top ten public golf courses in California. EB-5 investors are in the first mortgage position for repayment.
