Investment Overview

The Four Seasons Telluride is an ultra-luxury resort development located in the heart of Mountain Village, Telluride, Colorado. Designated as a Rural Targeted Employment Area (TEA), this project qualifies for priority processing under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act—offering investors the potential for faster I-526E adjudication and access to reserved visa set-asides. Upon completion, the resort will include 52 hotel units, 43 for-sale hotel residences, and 26 for-sale private residential units. Additionally, the property will also feature ski-in-ski-out access, a 12,500 square foot spa and fitness facility, a private ski club, chef-branded restaurant, a main restaurant, and an après-ski area.
